A decal of a cat on the glass door of a spectacle shop in the posh 17th arrondissement and we were lucky to be there when the portrait subject was sitting in the same position at the door. The cat had very unusual markings just like a leopard.
This woman wore red to match the saddle bags on her bicycle. The cyclists are so brave here and maybe red helps to alert the car drivers – female cyclist sharing the road with you!
One of the floats going toward Bastille, the special response police force with full defence garb including battle shields were on standby as they expected trouble since most of the people were young and walking around the streets with cans of beer. When we saw the crowds we hoped they would stay sedate for the time we had to pass them.
A more passive scene. This cat looks appears to be living in a ‘homeless’ shelter but we speculate that maybe its owner is in the building and made this bed so the cat can have some quality time in the fresh air or worst case scenario is that the cat does not have an owner in the building. Photographed in courtyard of building in trendy Le Marais.
For very spoiled baby. Love the towelling bathrobe with hood. Shop in the 17th arrondissement. If you are not sure if you are bringing home a pink or blue baby then grey and white is the way to go.
Today I saw a girl with red eyelashes. The glue on ones, they were quite effective but of course they overshadowed the rest of her outfit, you looked at nothing else. Sorry no time or space to photograph her as we were in the thick of the rally.
How to create a business from nothing!! This man was roasting corn in a makeshift BBQ set in a purloined shopping trolley. We have seen similiar outfits with roasting chestnuts. Keep watching the blog for more outlandish or fashionable photos in and around Paris.
